I wanted return the boots for my wife. Employers was rude. They said that shoes boots can not be worn outside. I want ask question how can you check winter shoes inside house that is is waterproof and warm inside the house? I don’t recommend anyone this company. When they sell something they are smiling. When you want to return something they are showing you monster face.

Located in the Rio Can plaza, with its entrance on Kingston Road between Hardwood and Salem. Its entrance on Kingston Road (Hy 2), from Hardwood the first light to the left, then to the Right. There is an ample parking lot in front. It is a department store, with a big women's department, different sizes(among them petit,medium, large, xl, x1 etc, and others variables in these sizes such as slim , tec), design, clearance, etc. The men's department with its clearance section( perhaps I expected more products), mostly winter fashion. There is a sport section and some electronics. At the end of the store the "Home" section with kitchen gadgets, a variety of food like nuts, syrups ,cookies and other novelties. Then the bed secction, mostly with double but more queen size item. May be due the season after Christmas, the luggage section relative small with a few products on sale. In the beauty section a few products for men. You find out, products different from others department store. There is a shoe area, fitting room and restroom. Upon the exit there is between two lines of product even there is small fridge with a variety of drinks. Their return police is good, with receipts, labels and products in a good condition.

This store shoes seems used and worn and stinky, one of the mature lady that is a cashier does not have a welcoming demeanour, once I was buying a girls clothing it was a boys clothing in the girls section my daughter at the cash said she don’t want it before scanned the woman was so upset in her features, second time again I went she asked “how you gonna pay”? And even some women in the store are nasty, I don’t appreciate this kind of attitude an an established outlet. Gosh I cringe if I ever have to go to this woman.

Pathetic exchange policy. Purchased a faulty product and they wouldn't replace it saying it was fine when they sold it. Apparently one should open a blanket in the store to check if its OK before buying it.

I usually love shopping at this store as I find it has a lot of variety and lots of options. Unfortunately there's a manager there named Lizzy who is very rude. I think when your in a position where you are in customer service and working with the public you need to have common courtesy and manners. I always treat people with respect and don't expect a manager at a store where I have spent thousands of dollars to yell and scream . Needs to be retrained in courtesy and basic manners. Don't know how some of these people have jobs!

I got a pack of good lip glosses there. It smelled nice, and it's very glossy and it lasts long too. Plus the shops outfit are good too, although I haven't shopped for clothes there before. But I have seen some clothes and it's good! The purses are Soo beautiful and good quality. Good and expensive brands. My friend says that it's less expensive when there's a sale so yea.
